注意事項

  1. 本表請以正楷詳填，標有「※」欄位務請填寫，無中文姓名者請以原姓名音譯填寫；同時持有中華民國及僑居國護照者，護照號碼均需填寫。日本地區除日文名外，請加註中文姓名(需與中華民國護照相同)
  2. 登記報名僑胞請於報到時間持入國護照及僑居國居留證明等文件正本至僑委會辦理報到，經審核符合參加資格，發給僑胞證及活動資料。
  3. 為配合國內各項慶典活動作業需要，請清楚勾選參加慶典活動項目，並請務必準時出席，俾利安排座位，倘報名時未作勾選，恕不保留座位，現場亦無法核發臨時證件。
  4. 茲以國慶晚會地點交通便利，爰不另安排接駁車，報名參加國慶晚會之僑胞交通均請自理。
  5. 僑委會將於活動期間為報名返臺參與國慶晚會及國慶大會之僑胞辦理保險，請務必於僑胞報名表填寫正確基本資料(中、英文姓名、護照號碼、出生日期等)，以利辦理投保事宜(未於報名時提供完整資料者，保險公司恐不予承保)。倘欲額外增加保險額度及項目，請自行辦妥旅遊平安保險。
  6. 僑胞個人資料僅供僑委會內部使用，並將依據「個人資料保護法」相關規定妥善保護。
  7. 僑胞需參加「國慶晚會」、「國慶大會」、「國慶焰火」或僑委會i僑卡特約商店等其中1項活動，並參加僑委會公告之合格旅行社所提供之3天2夜以上國內旅遊活動始得申請旅遊補助，旅行社相關資訊將於確定後另行公告於僑委會網站「十月慶典活動專頁」。
  8. 僑胞自115年7月10日起至9月20日止可採網路、傳真或通訊方式報名；因慶典活動名額有限，僑委會將於額滿時即關閉該活動選項，請欲參加國慶大會及晚會之僑胞及早報名。
  9. 如僑胞仍未申辦i僑卡，報名表上之「ｉ僑卡」欄位則無需填寫，僑委會將於僑胞返臺報到確認身分及資料無誤後，經申請人同意，核發ｉ僑卡。

Important Notes

  1. Please complete this form clearly in block letters. All fields marked with “※” are mandatory. Applicants without a Mandarin Name shall provide a phonetic transliteration of their original name. Applicants holding both ROC and foreign passports must complete both passport numbers. Applicants from Japan shall provide a Chinese name in addition to the Japanese name, which must be consistent with the ROC passport.
  2. Registered overseas compatriots shall present the original passport used for entry and the original proof-of-residence document issued by their country of residence at the OCAC during the check-in period. After eligibility is verified, an Overseas Compatriot Badge and event materials will be issued.
  3. To facilitate arrangements for celebration events, please clearly select the events you intend to attend and be sure to arrive on time to allow for seating arrangements. If no selection is made at the time of registration, seating will not be reserved, and temporary credentials will not be issued on site.
  4. As the National Day Gala Evening venue is easily accessible by public transportation, shuttle services will not be provided. Participants are requested to make their own travel arrangements.
  5. During the event period, the OCAC will arrange insurance coverage for overseas compatriots registered to participate in the National Day Gala Evening and National Day Ceremony. Please ensure that all required personal information (Legal names, passport numbers, date of birth, etc.) is accurately completed to facilitate insurance processing. Incomplete information may result in denial of coverage by the insurance company. Participants wishing to increase coverage or add insurance items should arrange their own travel insurance.
  6. Personal data of overseas compatriots will be used solely for internal purposes of the OCAC and will be properly protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
  7. To be eligible for travel subsidies, overseas compatriots must participate in at least one of the following:
    – National Day Gala Evening
    – National Day Ceremony
    – National Day Fireworks
    – Visit an OCAC i Compatriot Card authorized stores
    and participate in a domestic travel itinerary of at least 3 days and 2 nights provided by an OCAC-announced qualified travel agency. Relevant travel agency information will be announced on the OCAC website “National Day Celebrations Section.”
  8. Registration for the October Celebrations is open from July 10 to September 20, 2026, via online, fax, or mail. Due to limited event capacity, registration options will be closed once quotas are filled. Overseas compatriots who wish to attend the National Day Rally and Gala Evening are encouraged to register early.
  9. Overseas compatriots who have not yet applied for the i Compatriot Card are not required to complete the “i Compatriot Card” field on the registration form. Upon their return to Taiwan for check-in, the OCAC will issue the i Compatriot Card after verifying their identity and information and obtaining the applicant's consent.
